When you use Paytracker, we collect:

  • Account information: your name, email address, and hashed password.
  • Payment notification data: sender name, sender email, amount, currency, reference number, and message from e-Transfer notification emails forwarded to or received by the Service.
  • Email content: the full content of any emails sent to your Paytracker email address or forwarded to us is stored for processing and record-keeping purposes.
  • Usage data: basic access logs and analytics to operate and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Parse and display payment notifications in your dashboard.
  • Send you important service-related communications.
  • Deliver webhooks and API data you have configured.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

  • With service providers who assist in operating the Service (e.g., hosting, email delivery).
  • When required by law or to protect our legal rights.
  • With your explicit consent.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
